Clean place with perfect views and great and lovely location to all the major areas. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a coffeemaker and a lounge in the room. Generally the service was friendly. The easy check-in process too. Lots of food in the hotel, beach restaurant.

The location was incredible down to the promenade. Further, it was not far from Résidence Lamartine, train station, tramway, main street, shopping areas, restaurants and sea and a major shopping street and 15min walk from the beach. Apartment I stayed at was compact.

Everything was very good, easy location very close to all the shops are, and historic area, really amazing experience. The overall atmosphere was quiet, though some staff members were not that friendly. We loved apartment for eating breakfast. It had an iron and ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk, plus other facilities.

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Cesar Milano that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Location was quite Awesome. We liked the fact that we chose residence lamartine. Stay there and enjoy your Nice city trip❤
